For more than three decades, Janelle E. Taylor has worked at the intersection of strategy, execution, leadership, and influence, helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance, develop people, and move consequential work forward.
As Founder and CEO of JTOA Corporation, she brings a cross-functional perspective shaped by contract management, project and program execution, product development, organizational performance, and workforce capability. Her value is not limited to one discipline; it is in seeing how the pieces connect and translating that perspective into clearer decisions, stronger systems, and more effective execution.
Janelle is also a researcher, author, educator, speaker, and industry contributor whose work extends from practice into intellectual leadership. She is a contributing author to the National Contract Management Association’s Contract Management Body of Knowledge, 7th Edition, and her published research examines the intersection of contract and project management. Through books, research, management resources, and learning experiences, she converts decades of experience into ideas and tools that leaders and organizations can put to work.
